2. Personal Data Collection and Processing

The personal data that are provided to the Controller are first and last names, age group, gender, type of entity, industry sector, country of entity, and e-mail address which are collected and processed for the following purposes

The Controller shall process personal data which shall be adequate, relevant, and limited to the extent necessary for the purpose of processing.

Besides the Controller, the above personal data shall be processed also by Plan International for the mentioned purposes.

The Controller shall be entitled to process the above personal data for a period of 3 years starting from the date of giving my consent. I acknowledge that prior to the expiration of this period, the Controller may contact me with the purpose to renew my consent and that without such renewal my personal data shall be, after the expiration of the above period, deleted forever.

5. Data Subjects Rights

I acknowledge that as the Data Subject, I have the right to demand from the Controller the access to the correction and/or deletion of my personal data as well as the right to object against the carried out processing of my personal data. I also have the right to portability of data relating to my person which I have provided to the Controller.

At the same time, I declare that I am at least 18 years old and if not than I confirm that such consent has been expressed or given by the person who has the parental responsibility for me.

I have read and fully understood the Data Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice. Please note if you do not want to give consent to the collection and processing of some personal data, you can leave any fields of personal data on the enrollment page blank and can still proceed with the course attendance.

I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data for the selected purposes, and agree that the data controller may collect, store, process and use the personal data I have provided. My data will only be processed for any purpose beyond those specified if required by law. I acknowledge that the Controller shall archive this consent for the purpose of fulfilling the Controller's statutory obligation to be able to demonstrate that my consent to the data collection and processing has been given.
